چکیده

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect functional warm-up (FWU) in different musical rhythms on anaerobic performance mentally retarded individuals from morning evening. Fourteen (7 male, 7 female) moderately and mildly ID aged 11-14 years participated study. In study, participants received no music (NM), a low phase (LMP) (80-90 bpm), modarate rhythm (MMP) (130-140 high (HMP) (170-180 bpm) with FWU applied. To determine after protocol. then Sargent protocol vertical jump test was performed while playing music. same procedure repeated (between 08:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.) evening 16:00 p.m.-18:00 p.m.). participants' power level increased significantly as (p= .000, F=8.643). According post-hoch test, there significant difference between NM (M) MMP-M .003), HMP-M MMP (E) (p=.003), HMP-E .001). There LMP, HMP values given results our were higher However, it found that they could reach their if listened low, moderate morning.

Twenty-four subjects received three oral glucose tolerance tests, in the morning, afternoon, and evening of separate days. The mean blood sugar levels in the afternoon and evening tests were similar, and they were both significantly higher than those in the morning test. Plasma immunoreactive insulin levels, however, were highest in the morning test. The pattern of insulin levels during the aft...
